i have no idea what those terms are haha. if your wrist doesn't have any specific medical conditions, then one way to stop or reduce the wrist pains might be to change the placing of your hand, while wearing a wristband. this may also help with the arm cramps. for example, most people, during the beginning stages tend to keep their hand far away from their body, when they should be keeping it relatively close. if u rewatch this vidoe and look at redfoot, you'll know wat i mean.

yea u need to keep ur palms up. and pro bboys like redfoot do that too. in order to move that fast, you need to have your palms up. it does hurt a lot in the beginning but is very quick and easy to get used to. and u may hurt a few fingers every once in awhile, depending on where on ur arm and hands u put most of the pressure

ahh my friend whos been breaking for 4 years told me that most of the weight shud be in the middle of your body or your core and so it wouldnt hurt as much on the fingers, but so when i put my inner knuckles on the floor, the muscles below my elbow start to cramp, and shiz my thumb's knuckles are really in a world of pain x_X should i rest it and come back or shud i keep going and going [reasonably] and how many hours per day shud i drill my floorwork so that i condition my inner knuckles??

Well I agree with it, and disagree.

Redfoot is EXTREMELY fast, only compared to a few like Pitbull, Farid, Machine (his footwork now is pretty fast and clean), casper, etc. I know you may disagree of the bboys I put but..

Redfoot relies mainly on momentum/speed. He can't just be like Born who waits for the beats. And born riders don't get upset, but born does wait for the beat. But that is what makes born. I just think if redfoot waited, he'd just be as good.

im currently trying to improve my speed at my footwork sets...what can i do to improve? i only have a theory...by increasing my weight ( setting the center of gravity) on my hands, the weight on my legs will decrease and i can move em faster....i already tested it and it seems to speed my sets a bit up...anyone who can give me some advice?
