It's definitely a buggy game but I wouldn't say that it doesn't belong on the PS3.

It's simple a glitch that removes the solid feature that should be on the door, since the inside of the building is suppose to be inaccsseible, the designers don't bother adding appropriate textures to the buildings inside, resulting in the weird apperiance.
