just so you know 911 calls (usually) go to a 911 operator where they have more then one dispatcher working. So yeah I think one of the many workers could take a childs 2 min phone call, even if it's for a non-emergency like homework. Their job is to provide service to the public (emergency or not). If the dispatcher was rude and just hung up on the kid in case of a real emergency she'd remember how she was treated and not want to call back. So yeah it might be fake but fuck your ignorant.
