Daisy the (female) guinea pig trying to eat a tomato

Daisy is so cute:) She look like my baby boy Bi Bi (about 6 weeks old now). Today, I gave him a piece of cabbage, but he just use his mouth to touch the cabbage, but he never bite on it (like what your Daisy has done in the vid). I don't understand what does this mean? Or may be he don't like to eat cabbage?

@farennikov You know that YOU HAVE TO slice it for them so that they can eat little portions at a time or else its hard to digest. Plus you can give them some fruit a few times a week as a treat :3

Fight! Maybe under supervision. If they are different sexes and not fixed, if they breed, they will have what is called a degu. look it up :D

It's okay too feed them tomatoes as long as you don't do it too often and as long as they are the small tomatoes. You also have to make sure they don't eat the leaves or stalks of the tomato.

I had three of those cute things and they ate tomatoes, lettuce, grass, hard bread and even biscuits, also liked to licked milk from the table, and they all lived over 12 years, so nothing unhealthy about this kind of food.
