pyramid 4 sides traingular prism 3 sides. yes I know. but the formula is the same to find the volume. The perimeter is different a pyramid has 1 [] and 4^ while a trianglular pyramid has 4^. A triangular prism has 3 rectangles and 2 triangles. a square is defined as 4 congruent sides. a rectangle is defined as 2 congruent sides. a square is a rectangle but a rectangle is not a square. want me to go on with the formulas?
it's ok. I forgot most of the stuff anyway. I hope you have a good time in college. Although i found the optical illusions/allusions pretty cool when a stream goes up hill then down the water fall that turns the wheel and goes back up the stream to make it look like a perpetual motion machine or something.
not to be rude or anything, but isn't an allusion an English term or something like that? i don't think allusions have anything to do with math or science in any way (considering you said "optical").
And, uh, thanks for the "good time in college" thing, but... um... i'm only in 9th grade, so it'll be a while, but i hope you have a good time in college too.
um whenever.LOL figured as much anyway.Well have fun. I know your going to have a major in math. I am going to try to be getting a degree in psychology. Or something dealing the head. Just don't be to cocky about it when your learning it in high school you might actually fail. I knew freshmen who failed because of that. have you heard of Bose-Einstein condensate? It is really remarkable. I guess that would be the closest thing to an "allusion". But that has more to do with molecules than optical
thats pretty cool

a triangular prism and a pyramid are two different things.

number one, don't you mean surface area?
number two, a square pyramid has 5 faces, a tetrahedron has 4 faces, and a triangular prism has 5 faces.
no, i don't neew you to go on with the formulas. i know them. i'm about to go into calc.

actually, i was thinking a major in astrophysics and a minor in something else, not necessarily math.

The universe is a big place. One thing is for sure you won't ever run out of work.
joel18433 4 years ago
true. and apparently you won't either, i assume?
DaKrazedKyubizt 4 years ago
true as well. Just so long as we don't put microchips inside everyones head like some people purpose.
