I worked 11 year's in Greece loading truck's and drinking lot's of beer and had a six pack. Ate what I wanted, best work out a man can do. Lot's of women too.
I thought Jack knifes were when you were on your back and you bring your hands and feet up and touch them together in the air. Not what he was showing at 3:44
sorry dude, dont wanna be a hater...but your form is bad man!! holdin on to your hamstrings whilst crunchin!!?? c'mon thats schoolboy!! these exercises dont develop ab, core strength! you need to do strong holds like flags n heavy squats n deads! these exercises are for post natal women, overweight people not advanced trainers
@xXSlashBoiXx You dont have to eat healthy to have a 6 pack but if you dont get enough protein in your diet you wont have a 6 pack, and if your eating too many carbs then your just gonna have fat ontop of your 6pack so it wont show
@BuzinSniper dont have to eat healthy to have a 6 pack? wow thats the biggest pile of bullshit i have ever heard. Of course you have to eat healthy to have a 6 pack, unless you are a teenager and your metabolism is high and your genetics are supreme. Thats about 2% of the population if not less.
I don't know if its a home made or commerical made product, but I saw someone using a ball, about the size of a volleyball, attached by a rope and swinging it side to side. Can I buy this or not?
@GENERAL8600 Then u need to develop your ab muscles. U see some girls that have flat stomachs but no abs...that's because it's not developed. U developed it through exercises.
if you are a 80 kilo man , try 300 g of protein, 130 g fat, 80 g carbs a day from fatty fish, meat, eggs, almonds, olive oil and veggies. thats about 2500kcal a day. do 3 days a week- upper/lower/upper. include some sort of squat, deads, gm, pull up, deads, heavy press, overhead press. thats how you get fit&strong, simple things.
it depends on how much body fat you have, what your diets like and if your a guy or a girl, and i'm no fitness expert but i would say it wouldn't be unlikely to develop a noticeable one in 6 months. it took me about a year to get mine, but then again i didnt workout frequently. it depends on your strict you want to be with your workouts and how much time your willing to devote to it, if you go crazy with it its possible to get one in 4 months quite easily
@fitman23 how many times should i do this a day (about 15 cross legged reverse crutches on each side and a side plank for about 30 secs for each side) im 16 aswell if that makes a difference
@Gidkid35 100% right!! they do, i have been doing them for 6-9 months, and I have improved my body, but make sure you strech after warming up with light weights, and keep yopu r back straight and also knees not above heels when you do squats to reduce pressure and wear and tair in the back and also knees. and also do skipping(kumping rope) and running sprints! you will have the most amazing body ever, increase the repations per session mad eit harder for yoruself, set goals, good luck!
I just do 30 jumping jacks immediately followed by 10 pushups for my warmup. I'll probably do 45 jumping jacks and 20 pushups at some point in the future.
Its all about doing warm-ups (jumping jacks and a few push-ups) before you start and then stretches when your done! Stretches need to be held for 20+ seconds to be properly effective. Stretch ex's: reach down and touch your toes (if you haven't been doing these it will take some time to be able to touch your toes - weeks maybe); stand with your legs spread apart and lift one arm high into the air, while you push the other arm far down toward the ground, bending your torso toward the down side.
1st exercise, situps outdated & useless, back pain & no hard rocking abs. 2nd exercises, crunches, pls. don't hold on 2 ur pants or thighs, need resistance pal. U wouldn't like 2 have torn pants, during a workout in the gym.
it depends on if u overdo it, if its painful u shudnt do it unless u feel no pain anymore but other then that abd shud be done alot not like once or twice a week wen u do bak nd bis or chest nd tris u shud put the abs in somewere like 3 4 times a week cz abd recover really fast
I think this is a very bad video. First of all, sit ups are very bad, especially how it's done in here. It can cause a lot of damage to your lower back. There are way better exercises for your abdominals. And in a sit up you are attending to use the rest of your body to come up. Crunches are a lot better. For the lower abs I advise you to do leg raises.
i can eat like 3 pizza a day and i wont get fat but that is because my food is gone fast idk how to call it, but still i have to train alot for a six pack
this doesnt work for everyone because of different levels of male hormones and it def works for you because you have high levels of testoterone. best abs workout is the ones suggested by dr michale colgan, simple and effective
This one I'm doing at 3x12-15 with 17.5 jade/7kg. and I do like 3x12-15 legraises but you just won't see those abs, and that while my bodyfat is only 8%. What the hell am I doing wrong? This one I'm doing at 3x12-15 with 17.5 jade/7kg. and I do like 3x12-15 legraises but you just won't see those abs, and that while my bodyfat is only 8%. I have the lower back problem, and it pisses me off cause this never happened back than. I can't train my abdominals at all like this. >:O Is there anyway to fix this?!
It all depends on form and if you have issues with your lower back. I mentioned in the beginning if you have any pain in the lower back to consult your DR.
