Good on the bloke. I'm pretty liberal, but that kid was holding up the train with no real ticket excuse. Just get off the train son. Life lesson learned. Hope the got doesn't get done by the cops.
Bloody hell! I personally don't like ppl on the train not paying their tickets.. the little fella had a single ticket... it's not that he didn't pay at all! The reaction from that passenger is questionable.. quite frankly, he committed a offence by kicking a kid! That's just not right!
Holding a train up for ten minutes causes all the following trains to be held back causing mass confusion, all because of if this little sh*t , nice work big man.
Train Company is announcing that they might be a problem with the system and had to give two single tickets instead of a day-return one. Instead of giving the benefit of the doubt, they just thrown away that man. They could easily check at the arriving station and fine him there, but not, they would rather have VIOLENCE and passenger clapping like seals. If he is lying, then fine him hardly at the end of the journey. SHAME OF YOU
He was gambling that the rather elderly-looking conductor would not be able to make him either pay or leave, and that at the next stop in a small town 23 miles away, there wouldn't be any railway police available. He should have known exactly what he could expect. This is the country where terrorists who made a car into an incendiary bomb and rammed an airport terminal got chased and given a kicking by random airline passengers and staff.
None of the three come out of it very admirably, but frankly, if my son had behaved like that it would be me picking him up by the scruff of the neck and chucking him off. This sort of direct action was commonplace up until the 1990s when Britain began to get infected by US-style litigation fear. He's 19, admits he was drunk, and had been arguing and swearing for 10 minutes before filming started. The cameraman at first was going to pay for him, but got annoyed with his rude, entitled attitude.
I heard the lads father defending him on the radio earlier, saying he was a hard working student. That maybe so, but he also seems to be a cocky little shit with no respect for others. Well done to "big man" :)

I just wanna say you're performance on BBC Scotland was fucking CRINGEWORTHY.
If you were gonna help Sam out with his fare why didn't you do so ??
You would've prevented the situation from escalating as it did and would've prevented that INFAMOUS fud "big-man" from interfering.
WHY did you chose to RECORD the dispute and later EXPLOIT it, you trying to come across as a fucking SAINT ???
You should be done for RECORDING people without their consent !!!
