True. True. NCIS is numero uno in ratings. Huzzah. Huzzah. Let the heavens reverberate with the praises of NCIS. It is truly one of the landmark TV series of our times. However to be objective, you hopefully would agree that ratings do not necessarily equal great TV.

If you want to watch good TV shows in the cops/robbers, adventure, mystery genre, check out something like The Shield, Hill Street Blues, NYPD Blue, etc on DVD. NCIS is good for what it is. Dumbed down TV for droolers.
