people...i didnt used grace of god....and owned him.... but the 1 thing that i dont get it how can spinel hit that much.... mine hits with ilusion assault 200 at a time -.- some1 plz explain me that...

This guy is considered the hardest boss in the game yet i beated him so easily xD but thats probably because everyone had Proffesors Hat which reduces mp usage by half and i was spamming Grace of God the whole time while using

Killian's and Spinel's combo and Acelora's Final Judgment (Upgraded to level 5) to kill him pretty quickly

I killed it (and Elle Kaiser) with no sweat just by equipping each member the item "Professor Hat" (cut MP consumption by half) and by using the unit spell "Grace of God" every set of turns. I didn't wait the effect of the spell to wear off, so I kept my team invincible all the time. The only problem is if the "Professor Hat" weren't used, the MP consumption would be enormous.

I just finished this game today and I can honestly say this boss is far harder than the final boss of the game. If they never made Mandate of Heavens in this game I would have never beat him. This boss should have been the final imo. The armor you get from him though makes killian god like lol

lahduk constantly spam grace of god every turn = invincible pretty much from there

wave strike til he's down to about 1/4,

from there, spinel-killian-acelora spam their ultimates.

hmm..i think you would've killed him way faster with the seal of courage ^^ (twice as fast in fact,;since it's 200% atk power lol) x)

your spinel would have done 2200 each hit with illusion assault,;since he has about 100 000 hp i think,you would have killed him in 5 illusion assault lol and no use of mandate of heaven if you kept lahduk using grace of god and the other 2 using mana potion

This boss is easy if you have 20 or more emergancy potions or ambrosia unless of course if he heals himself for 22,000 more than 3 times...

Not landuk spinel can use grace of god.

best item you get from this dude is invincble amulet absorbs 95% of dmg from everything ^_^ the armor changes your characters appearance into a god like charcater love the armor

If you spam Grace of God every time with Lahduk, it will almost never disappear and you'll be invincible throughout the whole fight, ofcourse it also helps if you use ambrosia every so often to do so. It makes for a very easy fight, otherwise, it's just ridiculously hard lol

I somehow killed this mofo with similar level without using any mandate of heaven. I guess I was lucky as he did not cast the 9999dmgX4 spell when the turn my grace of war is gone. Killed him with two grace of god. lvl 5 killian+spinel combo is tooo sick

I just beat the guy..wasnt that hard at all O: only used 1 mandate but that was because i made stupid mistake :D thought grace cost 100 instead of 120 so didnt use mana pot =\

Anyway, heres what i did:

1. Let Lahduk use grace of god

2. Let Spinel use the combination with Killian attack (I used medalions on the skill, did around 20.000 damage)

3. Let killian and Acelora use 2 mana pots to the person who needs it the most

Keep doing that untill he is low health, when he is low, spam your best attacks (lahduk wrath of god, killian blade of fury, spinel illusion assault, acelora final judgement)

When 3 people have below 120 mp after lahduk uses grace of god, dont attack, only use mana pots to restore everyone..

If done that way, you shouldnt need any mandate or ambroxias

This was what i did:(noone from my party died died) 1)lahduk use grace of god 2) killian use blade of fury 3)acelora uses her ultimate 4) gelts uses attack boost 5) lahduk uses grace of god 6)killian use blade of fury 7)acelora use ambroxia (full heal mp and hp of all characters) 8)gelts uses hammer of doom 9) lahduk uses grace of god AND REPEAT!!!! youll need around 5-7ambroxias. but if ur really unlucky the bastard will heal 22k of life. i used 5 ambroxias (diablo healed 3times)

I beat the game two days ago, and this was the most annoying/ hardest boss.

The problem with me that NO ONE ELSE has mentioned was that diavolo kept healing! It wasn't until i broke my invincibility and stopped doing wave strike that he would stop healing. I didn't think it was possible, but i beat this annoying menace.

and my killian was level 91 when i versed diavolo

and i used grace of the god once

i thot i wuld die but he neva use fire and brimstone

i only used 1 mandate of heavon tho

but other than that i killed him pretty fast

Awesome, but tell me, how come is spinel so strong ? lol i just beat it, and my spinel is the same lvl but doesnt do more than 400 damage critical .. D: and i found this one to be easier than elle kaiser, kaiser kept healing lol, this one didnt even heal once... they're pretty easy if u keep grace of god up all the time xD thats cheap tho lol

My Grace of God only lasts one and three quarters of a turn (second turn after it was activated, it goes away on the turn of the last character) though, how does yours go for so long? Did you use medallions on it?
