I mean the game overall is great.

But I did have to change the buttons settings and the ability to not use the Sixaxis.

And it Did In fact take too long to ship out.

You can create a player and then place them on your chosen team's roster.

but can you create a full team and give them a name like previous installments.

You can add your character to a Tour team's roster... that's about it if I remember correctly.
