  • not only does the falcon have frontal flaps, but you can also spot that feature on the small expressjets

  • Wow! Quite interior

  • Very quite!

    Thank you.

  • Oh man I hated the stall part when I took my lesson. Freaky.

Did I see this right, though, when the flaps were on the front of the wing? I always thought they were on the aft of the wing. Or is it just this plane type?

  • Your right, flaps are on the aft part of the wing. Slats are an auxiliary airfoil fixed to the leading edge of a wing to give extra lift. They are used on take off and other phases of flight as well as stall situations. Thats the pilot on the PA advising us he slowing to a stall speed to check the auto deployment of the slats. Pretty cool, especially if your in the aft part of the cabin. The forward part of the cabin and cockpit are several feet higher or above you. Thanks for the comment!

  • Corey, just wanted to say hello to you, and hope things are going your way!

  • We did on that day. Thank you.

  • almost had a job working on the 7x line in january, thanks to our fine politicians not wanting anyone but them flying in corporate jets,it got nixed before I got in the door. Some people bad mouth the French, but IMO they build a damn fine aircraft.

  • Dido on the French. Did I understand you work at Dassault Little Rock, or you did work there at one time?

  • I've been there several times as a contractor, mostly in the service center,I live a few miles north of there and was trying to get on permenantly until the bottom dropped out of the corporate jet market.

  • sweet jet, those wings really flex!!

  • what a beautiful plane! the best!

  • Cant even hear the engines! Very impressed!

  • that's fast!

  • Falcon 7X S/N 007
