  • Thank you, this was so helpful. I'm taking intermediate algebra now, and my instructor doesn't teach like this. He just rushes through everything. Thank you so much for this :)

  • Nice Video by the way. I been having trouble with this Problem in my Math Class. Thank You So Much.

  • TY SO MUCH.

  • Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!! I have a test on all three methods of solving linear equations in 2 day and let's just say i was completely lost when it came to graphing. (my teacher goes to fast and he's kinda scary) you helped me understand this. Thanks!!!

  • I go to Central Mich. University. This helped me sooo much! Thanks.

  • oops i mean thank(s) a lot

  • thank a lot

  • i understood how you did that but sometimes it doesnt work when the question starts with y. with the 2 examples you showed both of them didn't start with y. for example:y=3x-5 (i just made that up!)

  • If one of your equations starts with y you have a couple of options for how to graph it. Example, y=3x-5. Option 1 - leave in this form, pick an x value and solve for y, repeat (often x=0 and x=2 are easy to do). This gives you two points to graph, (0,-5) and (2,1). Option 2 - reorder the equation from y=3x-5 to -3x+y=-5 by subtracting 3x from both sides, then graph using the method in the video (pick x=0, find y; pick y=0 find x). Again that'll give you two points, (0,-5) and (5/3,0).

  • THANK YOU so much... trying to learn that from a book was a nighmare...

  • lool......kwl.....haha i actualli understood that ^^lawl^^
