  • Lisa - what do you think it is particularly about KB training that makes it such a powerful metabolic stimulator? I have done deadlifts, squats, martial arts, but it seems to me that there is a particular "winded all the way to your gut" feeling that is easier to get to with KB training. Have you had similar experience? Thanks! - Chris
