I do like Brink, but I have to say I a extremely dissapointed that the final version didn't end up looking like this... Compare the aiport one and this one to the real game and it has changed so much. That and the fact that not many people play it because they didn't care (or know) about the updates. My only real complaints for the game are the length of it (too short) and the fact that there is no real single-player campaign. All in all though, this game, much like the first Portal, felt like a test to see if the concept would actually work, and IMO it very much works, so gimmie the real thing now please.

Minecraft have amazing gameplay value, because it's so unique.The gameplay of a FPS is something we've seen before, even though some FPSs tries to add something new to enhance the gameplay. But even though the genres are so different, the gameplay is still more important than graphics. And it will be for all video games.

Obviously, after having played the final version, they figured that playing online, you're not gonna have people play with bots doing cinemas, and it'd stop the action anyway. They changed it to have cinemas before the matches.

Also, I personally think that Brink is a good game, far different from most other shooters that try to be CoD, this one has traits from Team Fortress 2, MAG, Army of Two, and others. I'm glad I got it, and I can't wait for the DLC.

@thugproofclips Yeah, but it doesn't look like what is showing in this video. There are no explosions like that, there are no physics (bodies flying in the air as seen in this video), and the lighting and shadowing aren't as detailed.

The game still looks nice, but the effects are just not present in the current Brink we're playing, in all platforms.

Man this games storyline sucks compared to Counter Strike.

Why are there so many objectives? It makes no sense. You should just have to

A. Shoot people in the face

B. Plant/Disarm pointless C-4 Bomb

C. Shoot people in the face.

Anything else is just fluff. And what's with being able to look down the sights of the gun? It should be like Counter Strike where you just hip shot every weapon but the AWP.

And why so many maps? In CS we just play DE_Dust or DE_Dust2.

I honestly wanted my $2.00 back. Online gameplay is broken, campaign story line is non existent and none of the things promised in these videos were delivered on. Hit a RedBox then at least your only out $2.00

They probably found out that the game couldn't run on enough people's PCs to sell on that platform. Also, it's a bit dark so when they turned up the default brightness it exposed how the game actually isn't that good-looking. It's unfortunate really. If you look at the screenshots (especially on Steam) they are of the old build, not the current one. There's more detail & smoke effects.
