Nice work. Excellent that you saved that nice tanker from being turned into Toyotas or Kias. Was it a real expensive restoration? Especially love the ESSO logo.
Trailers like this one were called "clippers", a little smaller than the larger transport trailers. I drove a 32 footer for years that hauled 6500, a real snap to back into tight places around downtown Los Angeles back in the early 70's. Thanks for posting.
I've pulled many old trailers like that one, nice to see a fixed up one at last!! Good job.
