Taimak, what you do for people is wonderful.  I was a huge dancer before college. Once I stopped dancing, I felt the consequences of it physically and mentally. Now, I am in full swing of my body and mind and damn it feels good to progress. And allow me to be frank but Taimak, you look like a 20 year-old hottie, so smile. I believe we have a manual on our body, but it's instictive. Society teaches us something different, fast food, laziness, etc. This becomes our new manual. I was raised with a good manual from society, not eating beef or pork. It's easier for me to stay healthy. Great instructional video though. Taimak is still one of my heroes.
