I have my brushes from iherb dot com. $10.15 is cheap for 5 brushes+1 Cosmetic Brush Roll (Bamboo 6 Piece Brush Set). We haven't EcoTools in Hungary so I bought this online. :-) I have a cupon code for this site if you want order the first time: VIK284 and you have 5$ off.
This review was so usefull to me, I didn't know anything about these Ecotools brushes and now, I know everything about those. I want to buy all the kits :)
I totally agree on everything you said about the eyeshadow kit you first reviewed. It's like all of the brushes are labeled wrong because almost none of them works for what they're labeled.
i have watched other reviews of eco tools and i am really interested of buying them.. Please canu do a reviw of the foundation and stippily brush please
I notice you mention your ecotools getting dirty (as they do) A good tip is wash/clean your ecotools in Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo. It's just right for cleaning your ecotool makeup brushes because it's gentle like they are. That's what I use for cleaning my ecotools.
I'm a beginner and this has helped me a bunch! I am using wet n wilds walking on eggshells and the brushes suck and are hard to clean!!! I have a blush brush that I use from Eco tools and I absolutely love it!!!!
I'm a beginner at this makeup stuff, and have watched other youtubers talk about the Ecotools mineral set. Would it be a wise move to purchase the set?
I was fixated on her eyes. LOL. As an asian I literally paused the video to ponder on her wearing contact lenses, then when I was sure it was totally natural. I drooled. Lol kidding, just envying :P You have beautiful eyes.
you can find Eco Tools for good prices on iherb.com and use code KEB068 for 5 $ off on your first purchase.its a really solid site with thousands of natural products.personally love it.cheap or sometimes free delivery
You can buy eco tools pretty cheap on iherb.com. It only costs $4 to ship to Ireland and everything was on special. Also first time order get $5 off with the code OVU058
I love the Eco Tools! They work so well, are inexpensive, and--best of all--are cruelty-free (the MOST important criterion!) and made of recycled and sustainable materials! I enjoyed your review!
did you see the new Eco Tools Limited Edition Beautiful Expressions Kabuki Set 4 pc? I was thinking of buying this new set because it is a limited edition..do u think it's worth it?
Thx a lot for this review! Only one thing.. The kabuki from the 5 pieces mineral makeup brush set is actually called "baby kabuki" so that's why it's so much smaller:)
I feel like they just named some of the brushes wrong. For example, the "blending" brush was shaped as a highlight brush. The "highlight" brush was shaped as a blending brush. but good review!
Superb review, I have watched this several times. Hwr, I really love the angled brush as it really helps in creating a thin liner on my upper lid. I have the mineral brush set and the retractable kabuki brush. Love them all, they will replace my MAC Xmas brush set. While Ecotools retractable kabuki far surpasses the T Leclerc retractable big powder brush, (in terms of build and softness), overall the T Leclerc brushes are slightly softer than the Ecotools mineral brushes. I have the Elizabeth A
first off yr so pretty, second ima canadian chic too,so its great to know that i can get these cheaper and third off im actually a makeup newbie lol! so let me say Thank you for this review, it was great I actually got the blush brush last week and loved it its super soft and does the job so now i'll be picking up some of the brushes u mentioned. again great review and thanks :)
I have to say I think I left a comment for this review before but you did such a wonderful job I had to comment again. This is by far one of the best youtube makeup brush reviews I have ever seen. WORK THIS GIRL LOVED IT LOL!
I have the full size concealer brush and felt the travel-size concealer brush and they are just not comparable! The full size concealer brush is AMAZING. I felt the travel-size one and it felt so thin! With the full size one - since it is a very dense, you can "stipple" your concealer on and it can give such an amazing result.
I definitely recommend the full size concealer brush 100%, I don't know how people stand to use such thin concealer brushes!
An amazingly well done review - extensive, fair and well-informed. I really like Ecotools and now I must try their blush brush! I love your makeup here too, well donel!! : )
I have the Mineral Brushes from Ecotools that I got last week, and I'm in love with them! <3 My favorite brush is actually the Baby Kabuki because, for me, it blends in my liquid foundation really well, and it looks pretty. (:
@trannystar I've heard of and used frauleing38 brushes, they're really cheap and they're OKAY, but they could be a lot better, they shed and they're very rough, but they're okay, especially for the price :)
@yipyipitsme123 Yes ive got a set of fraulein and hardly use it only cost me like 9.99 or something for 25 brushes which is good and u get ones u dont get in other cheap normal makeup brush sets but they do shred alot... the synthetic hair ones are good i like using them but the squirrel hair which i thinkl they are the red haired brushes are awful i gave ine away to my sister to use haha xx
I have the eco-tools blending brush, but like you, use it to place highlight and/or colour on my lids and I LOVE IT! beats so many other brushes i have and i feel like im doing something for the earth! also, they're not expensive, especially when you compare them to mac!!!! Love the review, wish all reviews were this in depth and clear! :)
I love eco-tools I have Mac brushes, and other high brand but I perfer my eco-tools brushes...makes me feel all earthy and such, like I'm helping the planet. I love them and your review was really good!
i love your in depth review. you make me wanna go out and buy all of them. and ive wanted to for awhile since i first heard of them. but your review just makes them that much more needed in my collection. hopefully i can get them soon:) awesome review! it helped a lot!!:) love your vids and your sooo pretty!
You look lovely, Holly! I've seen many talk about EcoTools brushes for a minute, but I've enjoyed your in depth review on them. I was already going to get them, but you've given me more insight on which ones are the "good buy". Thank you for this review and please keep them coming!
I love the powder brush for blush! but the blender brush seems to just pull away all my eyeshadows- you know what I mean? I know you said it's you favorite, but I just don't see it! help?
@cherrygirl016 everyone has different faves- there could be a different factor like what kind of shadow, or eye shape-- all kinds of things! I'll do a tutorial using it soon, and you can see how I use it :)
this is honestly one of the best reviews of any product(s) i have ever seen! it was so good! a lot of these brushes look amazing. the kabuki especially! you were so informative on all of the brushes and great with the like, dislikes, "eh"s of each of them. that teeny shade brush made me laugh tho. lol
and, your eyebrows look AMAZING here. how do you shape them? do you use a stencil? follow a picture? or just tweeze? i love them and think they'd fit my face really well.
@MsBinkies I usually pluck them, and then pencil in-- sometimes using an eyeshadow over (like I'll add a red eyeshadow over to get a tiny tint of red to go better with my hair)... I just tweeze em' lol :)
i love ecotools brushes too, that bronzer brush is one of my favourites and I am thrilled that they improved the eyeshadow brush, it used to suck before. ;)
hey miss beauty.. love the brushes i have the one of the kits and the blush brush is the best to me.. i actually bought another of the blush brushes.. I love it soooo much is not even funny.. :)) Im gonna try the bronzin brush .. by any chance do you have the mac 182? if so let me know is it soft like the eco tools one? I saw you have the elf one u have . how soft is that one?
I bought the mineral brush set from Walmart. I use the case for storing my small hair clips and bands. Overall, I am satisfied with the brushes my only complaint would be that it takes forever to dry ( and I think because of this it smells a little). When I first bought the set, I washed the brushes along with my other natural bristle brushes. My natural bristles brushes were dry in a couple of hours, whereas the eco brushes took about two and a half days to dry!
I really like these brushes I own almost all of them, the only thing is that I wish they actually didn't come with the cases they're not all practically and seem like a waste, I use the blending brush as my highlight brush too lol I think they all work great but you have to switch their purposes around lol ;)
I've been using eco-tools brushes on clients for some time. Like you said they are very multifunctional and so soft on the skin. Many people are sensitive to the roughness of animal hair brushes, including me. I find these much more pleasant to work with. I use the blush brush for foundation too!!! It's great! I tend to buy the individually wrapped ones, I bought the five piece long handled ones and returned them as they were too synthetic feeling to me minus the blush brush.
in my opinion you would be beautiful with your own colour of hair, wich i suppose could be a light brown from your eyebrows..with this red look you look so vampy..and by watching your videos you are on a lower and nicer profile (in a good way)!
I only need to get the second brush set with the mini kabuki and bronzer brush. I like using these brushes, my only other brushes are ELF and crownbrushes and won't be buying anymore until they go.
You look gorgeous and radiant in this video. Thank you for this review. I was on the fence about purchasing these brushes due to they are a drugstore brand and didnt know if they would be worth ordering them online and the shipping, I am happy that they are a cruelty free company and I really appreciate how you explained how u use them and a non bias review. Love from Germany.
thanks for reviewing the Eyes set....I have been looking at this set and put it on my wishlist for the Holiday. I am starting out with makeup, and I just want to get a set that is cheaper and versatile. I seen this set in stores, but I have no idea if it worth the money. It is not that expensive so I think I might save money for it, considering that $5 can pay for 5 Elf $1 brushes, but this has more quality so I can add a few more dollar to pay for these.
I absolutely love the blender brush from the mineral kit, one of my all-time favourites. I use it everyday! Thanks for this review. Ecotools is the best!
I have some of the eco-tools, I didn't like the blush brush (too big, but I want to find another use for it. I tried as a foundation brush...didn't like it.) but they are SUPER soft!
Also, did you get partnered? I see decorative hearts up by your name? :P And did you re-do your hair a different red shade? It looks more burgundy-esque now, looks awesome whatever did or did not happen. haha
@MsAnnDee I've been partnered for some time, I just got around to making a little video banner.... my hair has just faded, I'm going to be doing it again soon because my roots are growing out.
Great review thank you so much for the information i use eco tools brushes for all of my make up even mac and i think that they are better than mac brushes and much cheaper too!)) btw u r very pretty))

I definitely recommend the full size concealer brush 100%, I don't know how people stand to use such thin concealer brushes!
