Based on the video, I believe what occurred is what is commonly referred to as positional asphyxiation...the officer with the knee on his neck was the most likely cause. It only takes 10 pounds of pressure to break a neck, crush a wind pipe or separate the base of the skull from the spinal column. The knee to the neck is your cause of death.

Use of a taser against an unarmed individual is using a potentially deadly device with intent to subdue and a risk of killing. A well trained officer could easily have used physical force to subdue this man. There were multiple people here, there should have been no need to use a taser.
the taser didnt kill him... he looked exhausted before the tasing, and during the tasing his heart rate probably went up 200 bpm, and the exhaustion plus the officer using the face down take down cut off his circulation to his brain and lungs resulting in his immediate passing... everything here was done right... but it was just unfortunate that it killed him

It was only an accident, a negligent homicide, which should not be charged. The cops did the right thing, they are told to do that in a situation like that, and that procedure is approved by law. So they did nothing wrong.

Here's the facts. I live 40 minutes from where this bullshit went down. Robert Dzukanski was arriving to visit his mother in Vancouver. He was polish, spoke no english. So as he no fuckin clue as to what the RCMP were saying, he walks around frustrated finally throwing his hands in the air. 4...again..4 RCMP pull out their tasers, and tase him multiple times.
