Water is a "non-renewable resource"? This guy is another government stooge. Water is encased in this earth it is not going away. It will always just end up back in the ocean. This guy is a joke. He's ok with, and recommends, drinking fluoridated and chlorinated water over good clean bottled water. Ok Pete, we'll keep drinking your kool-aid like you tell us to. Gotta control that population...
@alphabeets Ever tried drinking the ocean? Many countries are sucking dry their fossil [non-renewable] water. Major rivers in India and China no longer even reach the sea - i.e. non renewable. Eastern europe (the 'stans) have drained most of their lakes. Do a bit more research and you will see this is an issue as big as peak oil, gas, coal, etc.
@alphabeets Sure there´s the same amount of water in the world as always had, the gy just said that when he talked about water being "renewable"
But it takes time to water, after being used and poluted to go back to the system, and, since there´s almost 7 billion of us using water with no due respect, in many parts of the world water is being used faster than it can be replenished.
The guys saying everything is fine that are the real stooges.

Very important insights. Most humans behave irrational and do not even waste a thought about the finite character of our resources.
