I can honestly say that somebody who was an amazing governor is the person I would trust the most to be an amazing president. They are the same job, just a different scale. Generally, you have to be good at something on a small scale before being promoted to large-scale responsibility.

The economic recession was caused by poor decisions and in some cases even criminal activity of private businesses. Sadly, many people seem to know very little about economics and tend to blame whoever is in charge at the time, instead of those actually responsible. Bush also got blamed for Clinton's tech bubble bursting, although neither president was responsible in any way for this phenomenon.
As for the baillout, Bush may have supported it but Obama ultimately signed the bill.

How about republicans sue obama all day long with frivolous lawsuits so he can't do his job and create a huge deficit in court costs? Then we can hate him when he resigns, even if it is for the good of the country.
Also, as far as being a decent president is concerned, his August 14, 2009 approval rating is 48%. This day eight years ago, Bush's approval rating was 54%. So he is at least worse than Bush.
If you would actually read about Palin's record, you would see nothing but accomplishments.

I can honestly say that somebody who was an amazing governor is the person I would trust the most to be an amazing president. They are the same job, just a different scale. Generally, you have to be good at something on a small scale before being promoted to large-scale responsibility.
Obama becoming president is like a fresh college graduate, with a degree in law, applying to Microsoft and being immediately hired as their new CEO. Absurd? I think so too.

He was senator for half a term. That is a legislative position that involves no leadership. If you call that "experienced" then I see no reason to debate any longer either.
Palin was a mayor for 2 full terms, and a governor for a greater portion of a term than obama's partial senator term. Both mayor and governor are executive positions just like the presidency.

Ronald Reagan had to clean up Jimmy Carter's mess, and Reagan's economic policies are hailed as some of the most effective of any president, among people who understand economic science anyway.
I don't recall Palin F-ing up anything as governor. I only saw lowered taxes, letting the people vote on individual bills (why don't all presidents do this?), and a huge state surplus. I also don't recal obama ever being the leader of anything, so I don't see how you figure he was more qualified

Is it harder for parents to save money when they have to pay food, rent, taxes etc. And still if he has any money left has to give some to his child. Or for a child who gets the money from his parents?
And by the way as you didn't know Illinoises state has had very good economy and fantastic results. And the down hill of US economy is mostly because republicans. You cant turn the recession of this magnitude off in 2 years. What Bush started needs time to stop

The economic recession was caused by poor decisions and in some cases even criminal activity of private businesses. Sadly, many people seem to know very little about economics and tend to blame whoever is in charge at the time, instead of those actually responsible. Bush also got blamed for Clinton's tech bubble bursting, although neither president was responsible in any way for this phenomenon.
As for the baillout, Bush may have supported it but Obama ultimately signed the bill.
