He is trashing his scene (I'm taking a media course) that guy shouldnt have checked the lights while the scene was going on, if there was something wrong with the set, the right person notifies the floor assistant.

It could get very tiring and frustrating on set, he has all the right to act like a douchebag sounded like he had a long day.
