  • football workouts are meant for explosiveness, form is going to give some for certain movements...its not BODYBUILDING

  • I hate when guys at the gym tell me my form sucks, when I've beeen lifting longer than them. I have never injured myself and I continue to get bigger and stronger. I know my form is right but anyone who lift heavy will tell you when you are lifting really heavy weight depending on the exercise the form doesn't have to 100% perfect as long as you can move the weight. if you're training a lower weight or you are not heavy on a lift you do need good to form to prevent injury when you do add weight

  • is his form terrible? no, considering i've seen worse. could his form use improvement? yeah, he could improve his form pretty significantly actually. but everyone's only bitching because he has a 7 figure contract and you don't. Thomas Jones is obviously more gifted in terms of muscle building, athleticism, strength, and power than 99.9% of the people out there, so he doesn't need PERFECT form to acquire his physique. and apparently he and his team are just fine with that. guy's a beast.

  • @kypselialani14 no his bone structure, his "weight lifting" form. there's a lot of people hating on the video because thomas jones' lifting technique is lacking. he could lift with better angles, and in a more controlled fashion to truly engage all of the target muscles properly. that's the art of weight lifting though, as long as you're not at risk of injury then just do whatever works for you unless it's sport-specific training.
