I call it leveling the playing field. Tony installs all kinds of gadjets in that armor to counter anyone he goes up against. WIthout that tin tuxedo, he's just another guy with heart problems and a history of alcohol abuse.

Of course. But I guess he got desperate. Like Tony did with the villains and Ragnarok, the Thor clone. Both sides are just in the wrong in many areas. Especially since a lot of what Tony did was worse than what Cap and his team did, such as his causing other events.
