i can give you the veg file , do you have Heroglyph plugin from prodad for Sony Vegas

I can give you a veg file with something similar entirely done in Vegas

4 nested veg files in 1 comp file, open the comp file and right click on each track to open its own puzzle then right click drag and drop your images

On the existing puzz pieces to replace choose add as a take
