Yes we won, the objective was to halt the North Koreans, and prevent the South from being annexed- that was accomplished.

However, due to china's paranoia the north was allowed to endure and countless millions have died. PRC has blood on their hands.

Well.. IN my book the victor is the one who accomplishes what he was set out to do. If USA had the goal of invading and destorying north korea, they lost, if north koreas goal was to survive, they won. Pretty simple. They won the conflict if that was the case, no idea what happened out there though.
