although damage is light,your car DOES get damaged,ive gotten banged bumpers,smashed mirrors,and even broken headlights!

The Burnout for the 360 has ALOT of damage and it encourages you to do so.

Well they need to get permission of the actual car manufacturers for the amount of damage that can be inflicted on the car, so maybe some companies didnt want debris flyin of their cars, and it would look a bit silly if 50% of the cars shed debris and the other 50% didn't right?
