That tail is not shaking, he is merely moving it cuz the nose wheel and the tail move together, if u move the nose whell left the tail moves right, if u move the nose wheel right the tail moves left, I know this cuz I am a pilot.

There are many different types of approuch lighting systems, dependent on the surroundings of the airport, the size of the runway, and the amount of traffic that land at the airport. The lights stay the same when an aircraft goes over to land, and the pilots use the runway centre lines to determine the middle of the runway.
