yes, definitely agree. I hate payless but I just bought some black, suede-lookin, ankle boots (which are totally in this fall) and I love them! They WERE a lil spendy for payless, but those are usually like $50 and up at other retail stores, but I got them for like $35, which is not bad at all. Plus I live in Oregon, so NO Taxes :)
