SSDI in Texas allows a person to be 100 percent disabled and work. Beth slept on a couch at LaQuinta on graveyard shift for a while. Sometimes I'd go visit her and find her passed out in the hotel hallway or in the hotel snack bar. On the floor. Out cold.
