Why do i have to explain myself 1000000 times.............my point is that sewage treatment plants normally dump the treated waters which they consider partially clean in the ocean because the ocean itself is considered it is the best natural purificator on Earth, but when you are standing high up in the mountain you have no choice but to dump the material in the rivers which in my opinion is dangerous for the surrounding enviorment.
