This child should not be allowed to be his so called Mother, she doesn't care about her 2 sons, didn't realize he even fell out of the window because she was to busy smoking drugs in her bathroom. How do I know? I lived on the 1st floor of this building. I saw all that went on there before this little boy fell and after. Child Protection services really needs to investigate her and her activities that go on in front of her children
