Government has to invest highly in police state, they make more in capitol gain at least here in Florida than tourism .
They are making millions and billions of dollars a year of the prison system while creating hundreds of thousands of not needed jobs for the tax payer to pay the note. Yes I'd say there gonna fill the system up and turn it corporate.
