Pretty cool delta! Almost glides & sefl-stabilises at times! i got plenty of this pink foam (blue here in my part of France) but what's the dark grey foam? do you think i can use these hyper strong campers mats (the shiny cheep ones, not the warmy, marshmellow-like soft ones) instead of the grey thing if i pad it with carbon? Do you use gluegun for the big parts?

@rctestflight You do, it's on this very plane on this vid. But it's ok, i watched your other vid where you name it as some sort of the 'EPO-plast' variety. BTW, watched your vid with the sunray blinding yr FPV cam: if you want you can tear of one glass from some cheap pair of polarised sunglasses (they're all plastic-light) and use it to cut reflections.

Just found your videos today for the first time, love the DIY and foam work. I always hear if you have a decent set of electronics and can cut foam the imagination is your only limit - I hope to learn so much from what you have done.

My only question... For FPV or any RC photo/video capture I assume length of flight could render more footage to choose the best scenes or cuts in the editing phase, you mention a 5,000ma battery - how much flight time do you get from that heavy of a battery?

you should make a boat out of that plane. have a prop in the water and call it the skipper cuz it will glide off the water. then it can touch the water for a boost. it will be like a hybrid boat plane.

@L33tM4g3r uhh, well an mcx isn't much help. A simulator is what you want, phoenix is the best in my opinion, does helis SPOT on. After you can take off, hover nose in, side in, and do forward flight, then stop it then land, on the sim with a 450 heli. That is when you buy a helicopter, Align 450s are nice
