And if the facts as stated aren't accurate - i.e. it wasn't on Myspace as repeatedly stated in this video, why hasn't it been corrected as per the comment below? Another thing I've noticed about activists, they can be a bit loose with their assertion of facts.

While it doesn't sound altogether implausible, I don't see any reference to this incident outside of links to this video. The petition link doesn't exist. I was unable to find a Cody McDowell listed on the Arizona inmate locator. As vocal as gay activists - or just activists in general - seem to generally be, if this is genuine it's hard to imagine there wasn't more made of it.

This is the very first public information about this situation, so there will not be much out there in the public space yet...that was the intention of the video, to get the message and to focus attention on Codys plight.

Lesson: private space and/or property is a social illusion, thinking one self to posses such rights is simply clear evidence of the depth of delusion one exists in.

There is always a way for others to impose their will upon you, ones only defense is diligent observation and initiative.
