Dude, I think you're worrying about breaking the rules or losing your job too much. Someone higher up than you might tell you one way to do something, but who is actually doing the shit every day? One thing brathas have to keep in mind is that white people have a superiority complex over us. I've seen it my entire career. White men, especially hate when we know more that they do or if we're in a position of authority. When you're behind the counter and telling them how things are done, in many of their minds, that breaks the natural laws of racial hierarchy.

I feel for you. Hey...until I'm done w/ school I'm clocking in to a psychiatric hospital working w/ kids & adults. Often times they are no where near as crazy as the staff I work w/. Usually, I work w/2 stereotypical chocolate covered white women. Not to speak bad about them, we get along, but they are the epitome of the problems a lot of Black men claim Black women have. Things have gotten so hectic that I have found myself outside doing pushups, its that bad & I'm a laid back, mellow person.

I can prove them wrong three times over! Some of them get real aggressive and touchy...neva had one direclty confront me with physical blows or racism but that's soon to come...cuz they remember me fo sho! Lol
the cali lifestyle i think makes people crazy..its like the land of dreams but then the land of broken drams too lol so muther fuckers never make it out and end up sleeping on venice beach lol
