They are not rubber soled like wrestling shoes. they are soft leather.

Really cool stuff. Only complaint is the music in some of the videos made it difficult to hear some of the interviews but otherwise this 5 star stuff.

You can only train there (at the club in the video) by invitation.

How come some people wear the sambo suit and others wear the judo/jujitsu suit?

basically because there is noi formality. Any color or type of jacket is often acceptable because people compete judo and sambo...and other things as well. It will vary from club to club though.
