Best needs a better interior line. Raiola's not great, and Peterman is garbage. The Detroit offense isn't a very good fit for him. He'd benefit from a bruiser back like John Clay, disrupting the defense's rhythm. He needs a new offensive line, besides maybe Backus, and a power back to share carries, and he'll be a nightmare to play against. He could use a little more muscle though. I don't ever see him breaking tackles, though I'd bet that the turf toe isn't helping.
