I don't believe for one minute that it's lack of education. They know everything they need to know but the guys talk the girls out of using condoms because it doesn't feel as good and the girls want to please the guy more than they want to protect themselves. Getting that male approval is the big prize they are willing to risk their own future for. THAT'S what needs fixing.

i found it odd that the stats at the begining are for adults, 18-29. look a whole generation of adults tha were uneducated.
