I recognize this conductor, he was in the Carnegie Hall Centennial Choir with Robert Shaw conducting; if he sang with Shaw then it's no wonder is choir sounds this good.

You got it right. I had the pleasure of attending the Oklahoma Arts Institute with Dr. McCoy as clinician. He's sung with many other incredible conductors such as Eric Ericsson as well. He's also President (elect?) of ACDA. North Texas is very lucky to have him. Please keep posting UNT choirs!
