If Larouche is shilling for Shysters at the Fed Reserve, he is simply flat out wrong. The Fed only prints the money, so why do they need to tax when they can just print any money they need? The City of London hated this guy and tried to take him out. Several times! He blocked the Federal Reserve Bank of the day and hated the very same bankers that eventually helped destroy the U.S. economy.
