  • He told you four times to sit down and you stared at him like the disrespectful douche that you are. Hahaha, enjoy jail, faggot.

  • @stickydog480 I hope the US Corporation is paying you well for degrading your self to such a low level, that is why I must defeat you, good day.

  • @donotconsent83

Does it suck being poor and weird and lonely? I imagine it does. You still haven't told me what happened to you. None of what you say makes sense. The US corporation paying me to degrade myself? wtf?

Yes - my job pays me....money...for work...

That's kinda how the system works. I get to live a nice life with that money. Keep convincing yourself you're happy being broke. I know your kind well. It's nothing new. You're just another nut on YouTube.

  • Very entertaining. I do hope all of you go to jail. And Ron Paul Sucks.

  • Hahaha. Sit down next time, dumb fuck. Have a little respect for the courts you sniveling piece of shit. I like how douchebags like Ridley Report feel sorry for this kid.

  • First mistake here was, GOING TO COURT IN THE FIRST PLACE! Do not go into their COURTS to argue or make a point. Do it all on paper and then send in a messenger in your place if you must go. These COURTS are a business and when you show up you are granting them JURISDICTION.

  • @donotconsent83

The courts aren't a business you dumb fuck. Businesses have profit reports and departments of the company that project earnings and come up with new ways to make money. No court has these departments. Get a clue?

  • Comment removed

  • @donotconsent83

If you don't show up for court, you get a bench warrant for your arrest. You're not very smart, are you?

  • @stickydog480 If you don't show up to my court, I will also issue a bench warrant for your arrest. Does that make me smart? You have lots to learn, review the videos on my channel. The Courts are commercial unless operating under common law, would you care about a bench warrant issued by Ronald McDonalds? Now if you put yourself under their jurisdiction, then you will be arrested. I assure am not dumb and I am much more interlligent than you, but I could be wrong.

  • @donotconsent83

You don't have a court. You make silly arguments.

The courts aren't commercial - they're state ran jurisdictions. YOU have a lot to learn. Honestly. You just compared Mcdonalds to your local court. rofl.

  • @stickydog480 Mcdonalds is just like your Courts not my court.

  • @donotconsent83

You're a weirdo. What happened? were you raised weird? did something happen? Why didn't you go to college? was it a financial issue or did you just lack the motivation? do you still talk to your parents? how do they feel about you being so weird? do you have any friends? are they weird like you? if not, do you want friends? most people do.

  • @stickydog480 My guess is - weird hippy parents, failed to prepare him for life, he failed at life, and is now looking for someone to blame / an excuse for failure / some magical way out that will make things better for him without him having to do any work. I guess Scientology wouldn't take him. Enter the Freemen!

  • @donotconsent83

"would you care about a bench warrant issued by Ronald McDonalds?"

Ronald Mcdonald isn't The Superior court of my state, you blockhead.

Man, you are whacked. I kinda wanna know what other weird ideas you have. Aliens? 9/11 conspiracy? anything?

What went wrong in your life to make you such a weirdo?

  • wow so many sheeple on one page !!! wtf.

  • @crsbt

People that say sheeple are morons. Guaranteed. You're not a super special informed person who is so different and free thinking. You probably make 8 dollars an hour, completely fail in life, and all you have to cling on to is spending all your time looking for ways the man is screwing you. Pathetic.

  • @stickydog480 You sound very smart and educated. May we look up to you sir?

  • @stickydog480

1.. i make more than you could dream of !!

    2..i am informed

3..i will not comply like you

4..i am very happy in evrything i do

5..we are being screwed you muppet

  • @crsbt

You sound like a massive douchebag. What do you do for living? I need a good laugh. Not like you'll tell truth anyway.

  • @stickydog480

    waste management city council

    and you?

  • @stickydog480 He's a professional arrestee, no doubt.

  • @stickydog480 " And there are none more enslaved than those whom believe themselves to be free" That means you or perhaps you think it's just natural that make's less than 2% of the population own 99% of all the wealth. That it's all just an accident that most of us are two pay checks away from the street, working our arse's off for $8 an hour... No old chap.... it isn't. So...if your one of those people who likes it well fine. Me, I prefer to get kissed before I get fucked......

  • @abuBakr97

Haha, you're poor. I make 55k a year and I only see it going higher. Get an education and work hard, pussy. Then maybe you'll get somewhere in this world. Everyone wants to complain about what others have, meanwhile they sit on their ass. i worked hard for my masters and I'll work even harder on my doctorate. You could do the same but you're probably too lazy or dumb. This is America. No one promised you a living. You go get it.

  • Now that is a judge we need more of. If that big foul mouth Ian would have some respect and shut up, then maybe he would get treated more with respect from the court. You think your tough there Ian, well you got off very light and should have received a harsher sentence. It might help if you throw yourself at the mercy of the court. For Ian, more like get on his hands and knees and beg for mercy.

  • @dronefragger...your stupid name says it all ...DroneFagger....what a f-ing moron you are ....your parents must be ashamed of your ignorant brain ...wait they raised you.. the ignorance and stupidity run in you blood line...never mind pat your bitch(mom) and mutt(dad) ....you raised a good boy good boy ...

  • what a whiner

  • You morons, at what point in your life did you agree that the government had power over you? Your free, get it? Free, not goverened or subject to but free

  • @membland Probably when they started using a road pay for by taxes collected by said government? Even earlier, as they likely went to a school either funded or subsidized by the said government. You can be 'free' all you want, you just can't do it everywhere and anytime it is convenient for you. That land you are standing on? Someone owned it way before you were born. You want to be a completely free Freeman, you need to find some new land somewhere. Good luck!

  • @MacClay8 owned? You mean like the queen of england, whos relatives invaded ransacked and murdered all who stood in thier way of gaining total control? Im not saying destroy society, im saying fight back a bit, if you tolerate this then your children will be next

  • @covingtonrace No, I mean 'owned' as in someone said it was theirs, no one objected, and the prevailing society (not just the government, but the society) recognized it as such.

Gunning down a cop isn't fighting back a bit. It makes your position look irrational to most outside observers, and at best it's a fancy form of suicide.

I doubt my children will be next. I would hope they have better decision making faculties than the Kane's did.

  • @MacClay8 Sorry, that probably didn't make any sense. I thought I was replying to a different video.

My first point stands, in that you can't be a Free Man on the Land, since all the Land you are on is already taken, in one form or another. Even land you own almost certainly has provisions and clauses attached to it, that you agreed to when you got the deed for it. It may be as simple as 'You recognize the local government'. You are a part of society by participating in it even that much.

  • The guy refused to sit or give his name properly and got arrested for contempt. what did he fucking expect. Idiots like this need to be locked up so they stop posing a threat to society by believing they are above the law.

  • @DroneFragger shut yo willingly slave azz up his name is the trick fool give them slave traders back their dam name so they can take their corporate azz back to europe in the caves

  • @DroneFragger You Bozo, what threat was he to anyone?????

  • Of course they don't show what he did previously.

  • Rofl, I bet everyone was like "the fuck just happened?"

  • After watching other videos of this lunatic he definitely deserved this.

  • This is a classic case of using a small portion of a video to incite a response against the court. There is so little information here that one cannot discern what actually caused this man to be held in contempt. In fact there's so little here to do so what we do see does not even make sense. This is a classic in that activists use this technique to enourage outrage at an event based upon a specifically selected clip. It's a form of deceit and should not be taken at face value or any value.

  • what a scumbag.

  • Its okmy people. GOD is walking beside us and as long as we focus on the 'FREE' path and not on the 'RACIAL' hatred path that they have deliberatly blinded us with for over the last 3000yrs. THEN 'WE SHALL OVER COME'! AND THEY BETTER GET READY FOR US, BCOS GOD'S PEOPLE 'ARE AH COMING 4 YA'

    HOTEP

  • Obviously, the judge was frighten by him; a typical animal fight, not flight response. Most judicial officials are scared of free-thinking individuals, because they are less likely to believe in the guile that they're about to spew. Therefore he resorted to typical animal dominance intimidation behavior to mark his territory. So the judge showed his teeth, beat his chest, and roared at him. (Frankly, I'm surprised he didn't go over to pee on his table for additional barbaric spite.)

  • Omg, arrested for not sitting quick enough? Judges have way too much power!

  • I am sick to my stomach thinking that such a wicked judge is terrorizing american citizens.

  • Only In America

  • @paul1967uk wrong, its in every country, including yours

  • This judge seems to have a very big head. You should call him "Your Majesty"

  • So if he didn't sit down, there would be no case? What was the result of this case, did he do 3 months in prison?

  • Look here, he put himself in that situation...not the "officials". "A" did not cause "B"! "B" did not follow "A"'s rules which are the rules of the PEOPLE! So "B" got his just deserts! Continue your to change the laws of the people and the people are going to step on you. Not Government, not Police...the PEOPLE because they want things their way. Not yours.

  • We are a nation of laws. It's what keeps people from peeing in public, driving drunk or having 10 people on 1 motorcycle, like in India.

If you don't like the laws, vote for a government representative to change the law.

You toolboxes are all un-American. You wouldn't be getting away with this in any other country - you'd be too busy nursing your head wounds.

    BTW, I'm a tree-hugging, latte-sipping liberal.

  • @WhatTheFlyinFudge

You are a violent sociopath. You don't care about the laws of this country if the government is the one breaking them. The state routinely violates the constitution, and people like you remain silent. Laws are there to serve those to write, interpret and enforce them, as a buffet of excuses to use violence against peaceful people. There are literally 100s of thousands of laws on the books, in every jurisdiction, and it requires a college degree to understand them.

  • @somecomputergeek Listen, fuckhead:

I'm not a violent sociopath. I'm a bored, middle-aged man with a Master's degree and a spotless criminal record (aside from a speeding ticket or two).

One of my most cherished hobbies is e-provoking retarded, idealistic twerps who live in redneck Keene, NH via the modern marvel that is YouTube.

Yes, I am a Troll ..and every time you feed me, I get stronger. Your e-disdain for me is absolutely delicious. Right about now I am now as big as a house.

  • @WhatTheFlyinFudge

    lulz I troll u

Seriously, though. You obviously care very much about freedom - you hate it. The very thought of anyone living their lives without the interference from armed thugs in costume just gnaws at your soul. My guess is you're on welfare or work for the government (but I repeat myself - ba dum tiss). Either way, you don't look "stronger" when you comment with displays of emotional panic. I'm not offended. In fact, I invite you to the dark side.

    We have cookies.

  • Do you freemen know that terms like "i'm under duress" and "I don't submit to this" and "you have no jurisdiction over me" mean absolutely nothing?

  • @navdep42

What they mean is that the VIOLENCE and FORCE being used against them is non-consensual. Most people consent to having their rights trampled on, which is why those in power violate them so frequently. He is saying he doesn't consent in a vain attempt to get these violent thugs to remember that they are dealing with human beings, because it's easy to forget that they are, as you have done.

  • @navdep42 By stating he was under duress he was acknowledging the he was sitting down to avoid threat, not because the judge had jurisdiction.

  • he told them before he sat down....they illegally arrested him

  • i have my restricted and unrestricted firearms license and its sad because i felt like i had to purchase firearms to feel safe from police.. you really know something is wrong when a young man has to resort to buying firearms to feel safe. Whats really sad is that i fear police trying to take my life more than some biker gang because the gangs are going to leave you alone if you leave them alone but the police they are out there looking for you and ways to take you down.

  • EVERYONE WATCH BIRKENHEAD MAGISTRATES COURT..THE ENGLISH FREEMEN ARRESTED THE JUDGE.....

  • This guy finally gets what he deserves.......

  • EVERYONE GET YOUR UNRESTRICTED FIREARMS LICENSE AND LETS FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHTS!

  • @atomic519 that sounds good but if u have already have been hit by their treachery deceit and evil intent u will not be awarded even a license to carry a butterknife.i doubt that the guys that were twisted up on the floor will ever b awarded any weapons license .and if u hav them anyway they have the RIGHT to KILL yo ass and lubricate the media to accept the blatant lies of his murder. Fuck a license i have the second amendment, &LUKE:22-36

  • BABHAHAHAHAHA these judges are a joke same with the officers with them.

  • Civil disobedient punk. He should still be in jail.

  • @hanscuff for standing p for his rights he should be jailed?

  • @hanscuff your mother should be in jail for giving birth to your dumb ass

  • @hanscuff Whaa? pshhh We Have the God Given right Eat me Gestapo

  • What an Idiot Judge.....He should be in a loonie bin..

Thats american Blind justice right there...i suppose if he didnt stand when adressed..he'd have been jailed for that too....Stupid JUDGE.

  • As soon as he obeyed the judges order he granted juirdiction he should have made a reservation of his rights and demanded of the court to produce an injured party. You have a right to face your accuser.

  • @attilaclark im sorry but please explain what that means im smart when it comes to legal stuff but if you can explain what all that means itl be great

  • @TheSovietBears The court situation is like this...the judge is making an offer and as soon as you accept he has jurisdiction. Jurisidiction means "lawyer talk" , we don't understand this speach and they will decide what happens to you. They want to get you to give them jurisdiction because they can take your money and put you in jail. What you should say is " thank you for the offer, I would grant you jurisdiction upon proof of claiim..Can the court provide me with proof of claim"?

  • I'd tend to view someone who had been wronged by this judge in this manner (and I think when one of us is wronged, we are all wronged, as a society of sovereign citizens), and who assassinated this judge in retribution, as a hero in the context of Revolution. For standing up, for resisting, for acting to attain justice. People often say that violence is not the answer, but if a violent regime can only be overcome with greater violence, then that's the answer and the form Revolution takes.

  • @JSAJL Few revolutions through history have been bloodless. If we are talking about the US i believe the military should be upholding their #1 oath To protect from all enemies, foreign and domestic. Now some in the US military and the other intelligence services claim 911 didn't happen the way the govt claims it did. There's alot of these military/intel ppl claiming this along with architects/engineers and scientists and many more pilots, firemen etc.The military needs to step up to the plate.

  • A terrible display by this corporate administrator. Is this the price of an ordered society?

  • has anyone noticed a theme in all of these courts...OLD WHITE FOCKS. BOhemian Grove much? Sick world run by gay sociopathic inbreds

  • It is thanks to simple minded men like you (that accept these versions of reality). Not to mention even promoting THESE antics by the powers that be, which allow informed minded men such as Ian to be incarcirated wrongfully, illegally and immorally. If you truly believe that you are justified in your statement, do enough research and form your own opinion. Then and only then type what you feel. There are always 3 sides to a story, the RIGHT way, the WRONG way and the WAY IT IS. UCC... read buddy.

  • No. He's in court (again) b/c he needs to GROW UP and learn to handle things through the correct channels--not through his own, immature antics.

  • By the way friend, I opened this account just to ensure that idiots like yourself, do not actually educate the potential youth reading these comments.

Who knows I may start my very own channel to inform kids like yourself about the legal system, governments and what ever else may free minds.

  • i am in cobb county georgia[atlanta metro] and i have been in the same sitution, but i was arrested 7 times for a parking ticket and court appearances.. and the 8th attempt to arrest me is currently underway, but i filed notice of removal in the fed. district court.. PLEASE TELL ME MR FREE MAN CALED IAN, FILED A SUIT!

IF NOT-- PLEAS CONTACT ME, I HAVE THE AFFIDAVIT ALREADY MADE, JUST CHANGES TO SUIT IAN'S SITUATION WOULD BE NEEDED.. PLEASE LETS NOT LET THIS SHIT HAPPEN, THIS SOUNDS OF CRIMINAL

  • I agree. you may have over looked my comment. "However, Ian was smart enough to catch this and said hes doing it under duress."

the judge simply played a game and cheated if you will.

  • this is funny. I believe what happened is that the judge had to establish personal jurisdiction over Ian. If he tells Ian to have a seat and he sits down, then the judge and court has jurisdiction. Simply because Ian has agreed to follow the judge orders. However, Ian was smart enough to catch this and said hes doing it under duress. there by objecting to jurisdiction. The next thing the judge did was change court room. This is done so that the judge can re-establish his honor in the court.

  • take a seat ,?what is this guys problem

  • What happened is he granted Jurisdiction by taking the Order. After wards, they continued the trial with NO WITNESSES.

I want to know what happened? What is your recourse Ian?

    Be Free

  • these motherfucker judges really get mad when you dont stand and sit when they tell you

  • bye bye freeman....oh sorry....jailedman.....lol

  • @65862084 Hey Canadian, you are not an an American. This guy is an American being trampled by an unjust "judge" in a "kangaroo" court where the deck is stacked against him and the fix is in. I have a lot of friends up in your wonderful country (that is said very sincerely as you do have a beautiful and wonderful country) who tell me that some of the same problems exist up there. This honorable man doesn't need your smart elic mouth right now. You really ought to apologize to this good man. RN

  • @Angryrnmedic I mean what I said and your right Canada is a beautiful country. We are starting to have the same problems because idiots like this don't have anything else to do in their lives but to go to the full extent of proving their rights. If you really wanted it to be a free land the real criminals and bad people would take advantage of that and the world would be in shambles without laws and rules. Be carefull what you wish for.

  • He entered into contract when he sat down......Silly boy.....Only Joking WATCH ENGLISH FREEMEN IN COURT......

  • He got enjoined when he sat down. The right thing to say is "I shall sit down however I do not wave any common law rights nor do I grant In personam jurisdiction." Then you sit down.

  • @MyTube22T umm. he did not grant jurisdiction. He said I'm sitting down under protest and duress.

  • @SuperWooden1 He did say that didn't he. Maybe because he made it sound more like a question than saying it aggressively self-assured I don't know. That is why I avoid going to court. I wish someone came up with a DVD series on the subject. Like an interactive training of the sort and reasonably priced it so millions of people could benefit from it.

  • HAVE SEAT! HAVE A SEAT! HAVE A SEAT!

    What a pleseant offer.

  • Welcome to the land of the free.

  • law = Illuminati

  • I DO NOT HAVE TO RESPECT A PIECE OF SHIT, MOST POLICEMEN ARE A PIECE OF SHIT.. BLEEDING ALL OVER WE ARE 66 & 67 Y.O.It's obvious that the police are the common enemy of the people POLICE ARE ARMED AND RETARDED THEY WILL HURT YOU ONLY THING ON MY RECORD IS A SPEEDING TICKET IN 1992, THEY ONLY PROTECT THE RICH POWERFUL

  • holy fuck... look at all the cops, fucking hell... How big a deal do they have to make?!

  • ill be doing that under duress wtf?? wat a retard lol

  • Look at this guy.

    A stick insect

    A bundle of twigs

    A string bean

A complete & utter weakling who couldnt even stand up to a strong tone of voice

Enjoy your 3mths in lockup you pathetic little terd

  • can you say witch trial, what a bunch of horse shit. Listen up The Panzers are coming. Your control is weakening and the veil of deception is withering. "Give us liberty and freedom. Or lose all control." Thomas Jefferson

  • What a sad matter. Total tyranny.

  • where's due process? He had a right to not be detained

  • who is ian freeman

  • i was working on a government building (courthouse) As a job and my brother parked at a farmers market (community funded) and i stayed in the car waiting for my hard helmet then i left to get it while my brother came back to the car. as soon as i left, ticketed. Now i dont understand my taxes going to this goverment building im working on parking at a community funded place.

    Wheres our Rights?

  • @seanaspire Complain to your foreman about parking.

  • didn't the judge only gain jurisdiction over Ian the second he sat down when told to? mmmhh

  • Congratulatios, this is your American judicial system right there.

  • Where in "Russia" was this ? Had to Russia or some other communist country cause that kind of CRAP doesn't happen in American courts.

  • @vangard213 actually this is in new hampshire, so dont go blabbing nonsense if you dont know what your speaking about

  • He was just about to sit, then they called him, so he stood back up.

  • what a bunch of white anal fagets..the poor guy did nothing wrong, but here you have the gay judge who is getting his kicks treating people like shit..wow, he must feel like a real man arresting people. punk ass bitches. they dont even know how to do their jobs..what are they afraid of? like i always say "those who cannot control themselves, cannot control others"

  • the judge's panties too tight or something????? what an ass

  • you just cant beat the system!!!!!!!

the quicker you learn the easier life becomes

  • Here I thought the pigs were just the ones out driving around looking to start trouble with people.

  • Whoever does anything by the command of a judge is not reckoned to have done it with an evil intent, because it is necessary to obey. [Isaiah 33:22, "For the LORD is our judge"] another maxim,,,,,,,,,,,,,, DONT FUCIK WITH THE JUDGE MOTHERFUCKERS .....

  • the guy who was walking around pointing to ian, looked like a total jerk,

  • WHEN YOU STEP INTO A COURT,THE JUDGE IS KING,HE RULES THE COURT.aND IF THE JUDGE TELLS YOU TO SIT ,YOU SIT,it is deemed a lawful request, fuckin amateur freeman

  • @bolabus all men are created equal until a man gives up his equality. Court or no. Stay asleep.

  • @bolabus and by doing so "imply consent" to the KINGS JURISDICTION placing you under subjugation. He should have began Claiming his Rights ON RECORD and the the Lack of Jurisprudence on behalf of the court ON RECORD. Because he did neither, his silence [on record] "presumed consent". If he would have also began stating the "legal" ramifications of the judge and bailiffs actions overstepping their Jurisdiction, on record, woulda helped back the balliffs up. Never stop until THEY understand.

  • @DHMIII sorry.. his silence would "imply consent"..

  • He was yelled at to sit, obviously show of force was used as authority... "might makes right". That dick head yelling at him has an ego and that was ONLY reason Ian was cuffed. He should have said "no I will not sit" and when the bailiffs came near him he should have said "I do not give you consent to touch me". Fucking bullies.

  • so what happened .. did he sue?

  • that was complete bs

  • that was complete bs

  • Quit acting so surprised...our entire government and 'justice' system was manipulation to begin with

  • I counted 9 motherfuckers and one victim.

  • The judge didn't even give the guy a chance to sit. What was the judge on? Crack?

  • i heard a rumor this judge was impeached sometime after this. i dont know if it is true, i hope it is.

  • @turgeo2004 Not true. He's working the same room to this day.

  • at 0:26 your a pussy.

why do you delete my video responses?

    your a fucking cry baby.

    fuck you.

    watch your step.

  • learn to spell...it's you're

  • he said under duress!! proud of him whether he is fucked or not....the freeman brothers in the UK are all watching the US...

  • he should never have taken a SEAT - by doing what he was told he was acknowledging the authority of the COURT - poor bastards fucked now.. see ROBERT MAYNARD.

  • @mitchwas

I heard of one incident where, a freeman had appeared to have won the battle but while walking out the judge asked him to throw out him chewing gum, he did and thus submitted to court authority and was promptly arrested.

  • @FastTadpole "Judge asked him to throw out him chewing gum, he did and thus submitted to court authority"

    .

    BULLSHIT

  • @mitchwas yup by sitting he gave the court jurisdiction over him and he should never never say his name because that is hearsay, he was not a witness to his being given a name therefore the name the judge called only exist as a legal fiction, a fictional cooperation listed in ALL CAPS governed by Maritime/Admiralty law not common law as it SHOULD BE!! It's time to take back our god given rights!

  • If you behave like a good little boy and do as the police say you should be jailed.

See how that goes? You simply cannot live in what could be considered a civilized society if you actually believe what you believe. Allowing a simple majority to rule ironfisted over those in the minority that they don't like is ludacris. Remember, at some point those "slobs" could take over and "decent" folk like you apparently claim to be could throw you in a cage as they see fit in your world view

  • Dude. It was a couch. On his own fucking property. He was kidnapped because some arsehole didn't like his interior decoration!

What if Mr. Freeman had decided to resist arrest? Would you feel comfortable seeing him shot, over that goddamn couch?

BTW, your comment offended me. Does that mean that I get to kidnap you and keep you in my basement for a couple of months? And kill you if you resist?

  • You and your type are no doubt in the habit of living in a sea of filth, which is fine, although disgusting. However, when this filth becomes visible and an obvious 'eyesore' to the public, the authorities are duty bound to intercede.I doubt you were genuinely offended (merely playing the drama queen) though if you were,I suggest you grow a pair of balls.

  • The one guy looked a lot like Herman Goering and Goebbels in the court room? Nah just run of the mill Nazi State Policy enforcement officers.

Did you see last week 7 deputies in court with the fire chief and his son, an argument ensued and the shot the fire chief in the back wounding a deputy in the finger as well. How crazy is that? 7 to 1 in the bowels of the beast and they had to shoot the guy to stop and argument?

How childish. I'm right you're wrong shut up BANG. When will people wake up?

  • What if he just didn't follow the judges order?

I think he should have said " I will be taking a seat on my own volition "

  • Why do they think they have the right to power trip on this guy? This kind of disrespect for people is really starting to tick me off.

  • He was really arrested because he was trying to be a FreeMan on the Land!!!

    THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!!

Look him up he IS trying to be FREE!!!!

  • OK why was he arrested again? because he wouldn't sit or because he was supposed to stand but fucked up but still stood? i don't get it. but fuck those men, all those men. that judge should be waterboarded

  • For those of you who dont know, he was arrested for having a couch in his yard. And wouldnt move it.

  • fascism at its finest... no tears if those men die

  • They look soooo like they get off on the power sooo much

  • this is like any other district court in the usa, the legal system has been hijacked by the corporatocracy. the state should never be allowed to bring charges against it's citizens for malum prohibitum (crime against the state), but unfortunately the idea of constitutional rights and due process of common law are a thing of the past and tyrants like burke rule the day... (something tells me they better get their kicks in while they can, public anger is nearing the boiling point)...

  • seems to be a lot of arm chair lawyers making comments in this room. There needs to be a little more explanation of what is going on in the video and what led to the detainment.

  • The USA is turning into NAZI Germany.

  • Appalling.

  • Next time I'm in court... I will turn my back... hey i'm standing...

  • This reminds me of the Steven Wright schtick - "I bought a dog the other day... I named him Stay. It's fun to call him... 'Come here, Stay! Come here, Stay!' After a while, the dog went insane and wouldn't move at all."

It looks to me like Mr. Freeman was ordered to both sit and stand at the same time.

  • @wescomplice You`re an idiot.....

  • he wasnt even being openly defiant, the guy next to the judge was on a power trip

"HAVE A SEAT!! TAKE HIM IN TO CUSTODY!! GAAAHH!"

  • @FARBR0RBARBR0 uhh the one yelling is the judge????

  • @FARBR0RBARBR0 Right. This "judge" IS INDEED on a power trip. The freedom folks up there badly need a real lawyer who knows how to get this corrupt piece of trash in trouble with the higher ups or feds or whoever is supposed to deal with judges who get so badly out of line up there. Hope a lawyer may be found who can help this good man to deal with this guy. At least the officers were courteous and made sure the cuffs were not too tight. This needs to be exposed in federal court. Much More!!!!!

  • With all due respect, atsugnam0, you really are a moron. Then I looked at your page. You are in Australia. You are a subject of the queen of England. Just like we are here in Canada. The only difference is, I've figured it out and won't let someone think he is better then I am because of hereditary caste. The man was starting to sit down when the judge barked at him. By the way, sir, New Hampshire is known as the LIVE FREE OR DIE state. I am absolutely shocked this would happen there.
