If this is the best install in Portland!!!!Then the drywallers are making a killing.You might want to review the C.S.S B. recommendations on breathable underlayments and their recommended procedures on installs in high humidity! You might want hire some hand nailers,your guy seen an obvious lifted shake and even pushed on it a few times but resolved to ignore it hmmm!The best you say.!
