  • my african grey LOVES the bathroom too! we used to have a bath tub that rose off the floor and that was his favorite place!

  • @charliesweb1k: Yes, both are boys. Unfortunately, one of them passed away two years ago so the remaining Grey is now on his own. He does have a little conure for his friend, though, and has become much friendlier with us.

They both remained very friendly with us while they were together, even when they exhibited nesting behavior like this. However, Cameron (the Grey who passed away) was very aggressive to the other birds in the house to the point it was dangerous.

  • are they both boy's ? also are they still sometimes nice to you or have you have a little troube with them since they look to be nesting to breed even though they look like boy's? I have one and would love another but im not sure if i really want another grey since my grey is so nice to me. I breed birds and have had many breeder birds help with the feedings and are still tame but i have never breed Congos at all. thanks in advance.

  • They are adorable! My grey loves the cutlery drawer she's never out of it!

  • "we got the pimp house, now lets get the chicks"

  • why in a bathroom?

  • @PhantomDS Don't know - that was just where they preferred

  • One of your parrots' names is Gandalf? I was hoping he'd say "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!"

  • My Gray, Gabby, nests in my sock drawer and throws out the little sock bundles that are in her way. She likes the drawer open 6", not 8", has to be 6". She gets super cuddly during "sock nesting season" and even tries to feed me like I'm her baby bird! Now if only she could have a nesting party with your boys :)

  • my male hyacinths do this all the time!!!!!!!!!! i still think its hilarious

  • so im guessing their gay?????, gays are wrong because their not found in nature MY ARSE! lol

  • awwwww....they are so cute. African Grey's have a way of stealing our hearts don't they? :)

  • That is so sweet, just what we were looking for, a nice one bedroom with a shower and bathroom.

  • I'm not gonna lie, the way people talk to their pets freaks me out sometimes.

    Cute birds though!

  • So cute and BEAUTIFUL PARROTS! My cockatoo Geronimo has been doing something similar.

  • LOL at him nodding!

  • Yes, I think it is possible although I've never seen one of the hybrid offspring.

  • Yeah, cuz i have a timneh and we are trying to look for a mate for her. anyways thanks

  • I'm just wondering, will a timneh african grey mate with a congo african grey?
