  • I really want to know what is bad about this track?? lyrics are dope.. the beat is dope.. Please tell me what is wrong with this record??? Is it because yall "fans" cant take rappers, (or any musician for that matter) experiment... Even so Talib always made records like this, so i'm really puzzled on why people hate it

  • not sexual eruption. the sample is "intimate connection" by kleer. 80's jams.

  • @unam247 yes!...R.I.P woody cunningham

  • sensual eruption

  • LYRICAL CRACK

  • WHy so Serious

  • Anybody got the instrumental to this?

  • I think this record is very dope. I think those who know Hi-Tek and Talib, they are use to making real hip hop records. Well I think this is a real hip hop record except its not the garbage crap you hear in the clubs and radio. This record is funk but very creative and I think thats why Bootsy Collins wanted to be apart of it. But this record is good so please don't knock Hi-Tek. I remember him saying on twitter saying he felt he was in his funk mode at the time.

  • quik sample?

    siiiick

  • sexual eruption AAAANYYYY ONEEE??

  • why they aint let Snoop drop somethin on this?? this shit is DOPE

  • because snoop is a rapper not an mc

  • Dre36 & banoue815. that's what's up!

  • Are you lot serious?!?! How could you NOT like this tune. Whats wrong with the production? SO what if it sounds like a club tune??DOnt yall dance!?!?Does it sound like the regular club lyrics..naww!!! If you lot know talib he doesnt put out club tunes. I hope this track is on the album cos its a banger!

  • ay is it just me or when kweli says like "i send this one out to why so serious" or "why so serius" in the hook.. is he referring to serius jones the rapper??? cuz that fool is real big on the internet.. it would be unfortunate for serius if kweli had beef with him tho for sure..

  • don't worry. I have faith that nothing like this would make a new reflection eternal album. chill, dudes are just havin fun.

"Everybody got they own place in this game

but you the rap version of Snakes on a Plane"

cmon, Kweli knows what hes doin

  • this is horrible.

  • man, this sounds like commercial jingle. please tell me this is just a joke. please.

  • Hahaha, Bootsy Collins??!?!

    Fuck Yeah man, the original

  • talib is and always will be hott

  • this shit sounds so wak n corny sounds like a bad commerical wat kind of sound is internet connection i geuss talib can join the sell outs with common and everyone else

  • this dudes kinda right the beat and chorus are down right whack

  • ppssshh this isnt like top kweli but compared to commons new club trash album this is gold. the beat sounds like straight 80s, ya kno that one decade where hip hop surfaced. its a fun track, not the new get by. bootsy funk baby.

  • Man this right here is beauty.

  • yeah boi

  • Banging!

  • THIS IS MY NEW ACCOUNT

  • For me talib kweli and nas are best rapper of N.Y is good sound reflection eternal is big big duo good

  • Hear, hear

  • There are just some things that go perfectly together...and one of em is Hi-Tek and Kweli.

  • anybody know when the album actually will drop?

  • FINALLY!!! kweli and hi-tek team up again!! those 2 together are phenomenal. Songs from their 1st album like "The Blast" and "Eternalists" truly show they fit together. Reflectional Eternal 2... here we come

  • Kweli!!!!!!!!!

    Hip-hop Eternalist.

  • call it greedy, i dont give a dam!!

but now there's def an album, lets hope 4a tour!!!!!!!

  • sick beatz

  • holy shit this is gonna be some shit. reflection eternal 2.

  • do anyone know who they sampled this song from?? they sampled it from somebody cause i heard this song before from the 80's.

  • Intimate connection by Kleeer

  • thnx :)

  • hmm interesting track, its way better than anything out there people so quit your whining and bitching, this beat would gone well with snoop dogg on it now that would of def set it off good track

  • Comment removed

  • I thought Kanye would have found this first!

Oh well, the track is slaps!

  • Finally! Somebody had to use this Kleeer classic. It always sounded like they were saying 'Internet Connection'. Way to go Ref Eternal!!

  • Wow. this song ain't soo hot!! But I am still patiently anticipating the new album.

  • y not so hot.? fly lyrics wit a dope 80s synthesizer / elect. keyboard feel like goin 2 da sk8ing rink. haha ....peace>>>>>>>>>>big up Brooklyn

  • Its not one of their best tracks ever but u gotta check the lyrics..Wot Kweli say is true!

  • Why So Serious?

  • 50 cent of Dr Dre?? Lol get outta here

  • duh, hi tek is an importand producer for both dre and fif, your true shcool haterism doesnt change nothing really.. you should know that kweli is very open minded for mainstream also, and lol get outta here just cause you ar a hater only makes me smile:)

btw check out my beats @ myspaceDOTcom/peterscoopbeats

  • lol

1 - my comment was refererring to the 50 cent part of ur comment

2 - lol at ur self promotion :-P

  • i wasnt hatin man - do wt u like - peace

  • I'm a fan of Hi Tek's production BIG TIME. Talib isn't bad as a MC but this track doesn't do A THING for me...I can't even say it'll grow on me...

  • then im sorry for you, hehe

  • no need to be...im good, im sure the album is still gonna be crazy tight...one song won't keep me from buyin it...

  • this song wont be on the album anyway

  • lol! he said "devour the track" jeez! doesnt he get bored makin the same music for over a decade!

  • "if you gotta press enter, then its not a threat". lol, its a creative track, but a throwaway. most likely wont be on the album. It is good that they are working together again tho.

    Looking forward to the album.

  • this is EH ! nothing close to Train of Thought

  • you gotta love talib kweli for making another classic...

  • It's aight. Not bad but, not particularly good either. Oh well.

  • Talib kweli and hi tek is back can't wait tell the album come out. The train of thought is a hip hop classic in my book. hi tek was doing beats for g unit but i personally i didn't think that g unit couldn't get live with hi tek beats as much talib get with it. can't wait to see what blacksmith have in stored for 2009. hip hop

  • I think u mean Blackstar mate.

  • Comment removed

  • No, he does mean Train of Thought. Kweli and Hi-Tek did an album under the name Reflection Eternal in 2000. Check your facts.

  • lol im well aware of that album, dont try and tell me i dont know about Train of Thought or Kweli& Hi Tek. He said BLACKSMITH and i said i think u mean BLACKSTAR

  • Na he means Blacksmith. That's the name of Talib Kweli's new record label. thats the record label his last album "Ear Drum" dropped on. Blackstar was the collaboration of Talib Kweli and Mos Def. I wish Kweli would sign my ass on Blacksmith

  • Blacksmith is Kweli's label

  • I'm skeptic.

Let's wait for RE 2, OB4CL 2, LupEnd, (and Detox)

  • Wow. thanks for uploading this, but why is everyone acting like this shit is hot? has anyone ever heard 2000 seasons,K.O.S.,The Blast???

  • most ppl just happy to see them working together man ;)

  • i understand, i just long for songs of the same caliber as "thieves in the night","Memories live" etc.

  • Sounds good.

  • I really hope this isn't on the album.

  • Why so serius?

  • haha classic line.

  • So sad that Hi-Tek has fallen of like this.

  • take it for what it is man just a fun (not serious) track :)

  • I agree...Hi Tek hasn't fallen off by FAR. If he did, Dr.Dre wouldn't have signed him to be apart of the Aftermath production team for Detox.

  • I CANT WAIT FOR TALIB'S ALBUM FOR 2009

  • 4sure....real music 4 peeps w/real taste

  • thats dope

  • Reflection Eternal Train of thought is a hip hop classic! Cant wait for Reflection Eternal 2!!

  • Dre used it as well for California Love pt 2

  • I am fainting

  • oh shit, what is that sample?

  • i know i been trying to figure that myself....

  • "Intimate Connection" by Kleer, ol school westcoast funk. Quik looped it a while back also. Flavor, right??

  • 88-Keys also flipped it for his mixtape before The Death of Adam. That had Serius Jones on it.

  • california love pt 2...

not sure where Dre got it from.

  • Diamond D also flipped this before 'pac did. I was referring to the play on words that Kweli makes by turning 'Intimate Connection' into 'Internet Connection'.

  • nice

  • nice

  • track is NYCE

  • Can't fucking wait.

  • I'm glad! It seems like Talib Kweli is the perfect person to team up with. This is nice though!
