Honestly, the only thing that really made me "cringe" is the stupid zap effect you did after the bullets hit. Other than that, not a bad way to do things.

good job..i can see a lot of work went in to it and its not too bad for an amateur....best way to approach this is to change how the bullet hits on different surfaces..you can watch video clips online on how bullets react when they hit for example a car or a brick wall.... every bullet will react in a different way on different surfaces.

I'm not sure what they used, but I gess it's Luma key in which bright parts are visible and dark ones are transparent. (maybe it works the opposite way, and u have to invert the key)

The powder is overlayed on top of the bullet holes to give the effect of the bullet making impact with the wall. The addition of the powder helps to sell the effect.

its calld using mats. in your video editor. you can movie the pictures along with the video. because when working with images. they are overlays. therefore you can move them around.
