It's kinda hard to do any drug if you don't hang around people that do drugs, or go and seek it out. I've played with a variety of drugs, but now that those people relationships are over, so is my partying. Instant rehab.

I am so glad that my son did not hooked up in drugs. I can able to stop till its get too late.My advice to all parents that have teen agers is to monitor your kids.Talk to them about drugs,let them know how much you love them.If you see some unusual behavior pls. dont ignore,must be somethings going on.We need to know what kind of people they hang out with.Coz once they step out of the house,we dont know where they go.
@mmcmahan1 actually try to be like a friend to them. don't tell them that, something is wrong with them, because sometimes there will be nothing wrong and parents then want to hear what's wrong and it gets annoying and get their children in problems. if you are like a friend to them, they tell you everything and they listen to you and do what you say.
I'v bin 2-3 years clean now. I'm not going to lie. Quiting was the best feeling in the world and I'v very happy with myself for beating that habbit of mine. But I still fight with it eveytime my life gets ruff.

"curing" addiction would mean that the previous addict could go back and use as much drugs as they want and just drop it without a single craving. As a recovering addict (I've been sober for 99 days) I know it's hard to get off the drugs but I know you can do it folks! If your argument is that meth is a lot more dangerous and harmful than weed, then I'm in full agreement, but as a chem eng, I don't agree over the weed/plant/god comment. THC is a chemical whether you like it or not. Water that occurs naturally in nature vs water that occurs artificially, is still water.

recovering is hard. I have been sober for three and a half years and i still think about it sometimes. Now i look at my daughter and know my life is better now. Her and my husband is what has kept me off of it. If i didnt have them i would probably be dead. You can do it. Its hard but you can do it

I've never been addicted to shit. Casually smoker on the weekends when I drink casuall drug taker. I could get addicted to sex if me missus would put out more. I find addiction annoying I know people that have addicttive personalities and they make me want to punch em in the mouth.

@seanc46 How would you know that there is not a Cure for addiction? Do you really have all the knowledge and experience in the world to answer that question? If God can create this amazing complex universe from nothing, and create all the vast complex details of the human body, then why would it be so hard for Him to free us completely from addiction? It's illogical to say that it's too hard for our infinite, all powerful Creator, to free us from the bondage of our addictions.

I have been Cured completely from those addictions and have never gone back to them again and so many people that I personally know have been cured and have never gone back to using those drugs or any other addictions again. @mdcombs79 no you've failed to realize what curing addiction means. "curing" addiction would mean that the previous addict could go back and use as much drugs as they want and just drop it without a single craving. What your describing is far from curing, just learning to cope with the addiction and take power over it, and this can be done by simply getting with people and working together to stay off these drugs.

As a recovering addict (I've been sober for 99 days) I know it's hard to get off the drugs but I know you can do it folks! Don't listen to the haters here telling you you're stupid and retarded fuck the haters ok you are wonderful people I love you all and I can relate to why you do drugs. Reach down and find the courage to stop doing it. I quit on my own no rehab or people to help me get threw it and I was a hardend addict anyone can do it if I can I have faith in everyone to quit!

I just don't like jail--I like having TP and cable tv, if you enjoy jail that's you, I just don't fukcing like it, there is no reason to rought it out in the first place either. Besides, I like having a life--when on ,eth you meet creepy people or creepy looking people, be honest, you have to deal with Night of the living homeless sometimes literally.
