I agree with the premise, in as much that people are born with a sinful nature, thanks to the first family's disobedience. However, the Bible is CLEAR. Homosexuality is a sin. It's not the only sin, but it is one of them.

The problem is, some Christians are trying to use the Constitution as an extension of the Bible. There must be a difference between the Church and the Government.

my proof of gays being born gay is that I was born gay and it was not a choice. There are thousands of gay people who say the same thing as me. That alone is proof by induction. Now deduction hasn't proved genetics completely, but its on its way: there are twin studies that link homosexuality as about 50% related to genetics. and there are certain gene variations more commonly found in gays than in the population as a whole.

Isn't it ironic that, of the 57 or so original commandments, 3 of the canonized 10 address sex, but NONE, ZERO, prohibits homosexuality? The truth is if you are born gay (and that is what happens) then there is nothing that can change that. You can be born again, whatever you want to say, but if you slip up...guess what? Its because you are gay! A person who says they are "cured" but still has feelings for men is still gay, just not acting on those feelings. I want to be gay...why? because thats who I am. It is a part of me as much as my skin color is. That doesn't mean I chose either of those two things. I used to believe in god or Adonai.
