When asked about her position that "evolution is a myth" O'Donnell refused to answer (no surprise!) stating it was not related to being a senator. YET she wrongly claimed the Supreme Court has "always" done what they have almost "never" done. She defended the idea that local schools can teach creationism, something the Supreme Court has explicitly ruled they cannot do. (Edwards v. Aguillard). Her beliefs did matter as it led to her furthering ideas not based in law. Her ignorance is shocking.

The insurance companies are now in a position where if they are willing to take ANYONE under 18, then that have to take all pre-existing conditions under 18.
So, anyone under 18 can just skip insurance completely until they get sick, then go and buy insurance with their pre-existing condition for $400/month and have their $40,000/month condition treated.

First Cenk says they havent' seen the video and the don't know "the motion" although before they posted this they did have the video, but he leaves in the early part where he speculates "is it Audi 5000 we're out of here" or is it "help help panic time what do I do". He left that in cause it was good propaganda that villifies O'Donnell even though before posting he did know the motion.
