when i upload a video how can i make it so that the HQ button is already there? without having people typing &fmt=18

Thanks. But do you know how to get automatic high quality without having to add stuff onto the end of the URL or anything? (so that it just comes up HQ straight away)?? Also I did the fast connection thing in "Account" but it doesn't make it HQ for my own videos, only when I add &fmt=18 at the end. Um ... help? Please? Thank you
