Jesus said "He has known the world has found a corpse; but he who has found a corpse, of him the world in unworthy." (logion 80. Gospel of Thomas). I agree with most of the soundtrack that until there is real selfless Love in the world, practiced by everybody in it, the world will always be a dead kind of place. The Course in Miracles should be studied (and practiced) by all religions in the world to help create heaven on earth. Alas, it will never happen while thirst for power & money prevails.
Maybe you just don't know who Jesus is. Jesus IS Truth. So whatever A Course in Miracles says about Truth applies to Jesus.
You can't go to the Truth through without going through Jesus because Jesus is the way the Truth and the life. You may not accept Jesus as presented on earth but you will recognize Jesus when you find the truth through any means. We only have a perception of truth, Absolute Truth is Jesus.
A Course in Miracles, although containing truth, is not Christian. It has been called the most dangerous book ever written. Unfortunately, it tells you 100 truths to convince you of one lie. That is that Christ is not the only way to God. You must go through Jesus, it is He that gives the Spirit of God because He is God. There is so much good truth in this book, but if it convinces you that you don't need Jesus, it has trapped you.
The way to truth THROUGH Christianity needs Jesus. But the way to truth does not need him.
We must pick up a path, but we should not tell others that their path is wrong.
What is great about ACIM is that the good teachers are emphatic on using the word, THROUGH. Realization of truth THROUGH a course in miracles. If you want the truth THROUGH something else, that's okay too.
I think the statement from 1:402:06 by its very nature is a self-referential fallacy for within its subtext it promulgates that the realm of perception is not created by God, for if He created it, it would share His will, for God and His creation share one will.
Can someone please elaborate perhaps theres a variable Im not taking into consideration.
P.S. This discipline of thought can be found in the school of epistemology and in particular the field of ethics.
